    Two matters I have noticed recently:

    1. Fonterra is running a bland, feel-good
    TV campaign intended to create the impression that farmers care for the environment. OK, maybe some do. The advert is skewed however, as it talks of soils, grass growth and so on but there is no mention of water.

    Typical corporate PR – sell the sizzle not the steak. Why doesn’t Fonterra forget this bulldust and spend the money instead on mitigating dairy pollution?

    2. A farm is for sale on Mahia Peninsula – the advert refers to a privately accessed trout stream. See
