We wrote a letter to Theo Spierings, CEO Fonterra, in relation to a Mr Phillip Woolley – a dairy farmer with an extremely negligent attitude towards the environment and a man who has consistently breached consent conditions.  We asked whether Fonterra should be buying his milk given his record to date.  Here is Mr Spiering’s response.
